Activator #3: ApplyNUGENESIS NAIL ACTIVATOR LIQUID and allow to air dry for approximately 30 seconds. Afterwards, buff nails using an electric nail file with a fine sandpaper bit or a very fine buffer. Wash & dry hands before the next step with water only NO SOAP. Apply a second layer of activator liquid.
